Thank you Rae Dawn, this was a great read. I have been saying for awhile that as the discussion of limiting lobbyist's ability to influence laws increased, corporations began running lobbyists for office to have an inside presence in passing favorable laws. Having corporations drafting legislation just solidifies my belief that they are putting people on the inside to move their legislation along. Its a slap in the face to our system of government, but its good business... and businesses are the only "people" who matter when it comes to the economy.
