My big beautiful African American President!

Today the second inauguration of the president Barack Hussein Obama I was struck by a disturbing vision of young black boys strung up and swinging from trees, lynched in the Jim Crow era and not always in the nasty South. Some where lynched up north too don’t fool yourself the North has blood on it’s hands too…this wasn’t that long ago and yet it is as fresh a pain, a misery and horror as if it were today. My how far we have come and yet how far we still have to go. I am heartened that he mentioned “Stonewall” too a very important site that signifies gay America. This is vital to the emotional growth of America. We must be tolerant and we must educate and become more so. We have much to be proud of and mainly let us celebrate winning this last election, because it was brutal. So many differing groups pitted together to stop President Obama still every day I am afraid for his well being. God help us... Nonetheless we are lucky he is in office and we are a part of it. I have good friends who are not fans of his who wanted Hillary and feel he isn't lefty enough. They have a point we can always work harder and be better! Today... Let’s enjoy this moment because we know it too will change. God Bless Barack H. Obama, God bless America!

i sold bootleg Obama t-shirts just to make a few bucks to help make ends meet. i must say that i was not thrilled by his first term. i am black and that was my first time at the polls.
Maybe i was a little prejudice at first, but given the opposition's choice, even some rep. said O shit is this some kind of joke. But i tell you this ...if Obama was saying what Mccain did and vice/versa Mccain would have gotten my vote.
It is basically the same thing this time. A Mormon, who can't keep his story straight, /a vice that can't carry Biden's jock strap. The choice was made for you already.
Now we have President Barack H. Obama, for 4 more. What is actually different now. people can say OOO the unemployment is better. How do i know....the last time i saw Leroy Jones he was still looking. And most of all the 1% seems too happy for things to be swell and dandy.
We still have a fresh pain, a misery, and horror. Lynching going on in plain sight today, not Jim Crow, now it's The Plan. i live in the Chicago area and we took number 1 spot in murders 2012. Where is the help from the man who got his start on these very same streets. O yea everybody is crying about the school and theater killings. The way i counted many more innocent kids are killed on the streets monthly.
i am not against our president in any way. i would just ask that he speed things up. Appoint some of the Occupy Movement to his cabinet. But most of all stick to the promises, let each state handle it's marijuana choices,a transparent government, investigate and hold banks accountable for crimes against the American people.
All i can say now is Do Your Thing Prez. GOOD LUCK and bring a little PEACE to the world.
